Job Description
· Overseeing the safe installation of hardware and cabling systems.
· Performing regular checks on network hardware and software.
· Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.
· Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports.
· Managing system backups and network security protocols.
· Analyze events
· Perform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems
· Ensuring smooth functioning of the network for business needs and keeping the downtime at a negligible level
· Ensuring maximum possible service availability and performance
· Provisioning customer network services on core equipment
· Providing technical support services.
Requirements
· Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or any related field.
Experience
·Up to 3 years experience.
