- Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls, managing emails and tickets, and responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
- Manage and organize confidential information, documents, and files, ensuring easy accessibility and strict confidentiality.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or summaries to support the CEO’s decision-making process.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and relevant documents, ensuring timely distribution to participants.
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and implementation of decisions.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, executives, clients, and other external partners.
- Assist the CEO in special projects and initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional level in the English language
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to independently address challenges and find solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional travel and work outside regular office hours, as needed.
