· Manage varied projects including the launch and the post-launch phases

· Oversee the prioritization and scheduling of programs implementation and coordination with other Departments.

· Develop business models and plans for new services including partnership/solution options

· Manage technology contracts at shams telecom in addition to initiatives to ensure cost-effective operations

· Manage Shams telecom technology) IT, network and software solutions(, and construction (Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Micro Trenching and Road cutting, Hand Holes and Manholes Installation ) projects and monitor performance whilst coordinating with other Departments on implementation plans. Advise relevant stakeholders on key issues facing projects implementation

· Demonstrate ability to innovate and create solutions for new services.

· Experience with project management and the ability to effectively multi-task

· contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

· Undertake performance assessment to ensure customer experience alignment with monitored key performance indicators

· Oversee the performance of service providers and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions

· Collaborate with Design Engineers, Inspectors, Construction engineers, Joint Use & Permitting Coordinators, vendors, and Shams telecom leadership to track and provide status updates to all team members as needed to keep the project timeline on track

·Bachelor Degree in Business administration and a certificate in Project management.

· 5 years in IT and Construction Project management

· 2+ years of experience telecom design, delivery process, fiber lifecycle, or equivalent experience in another type of construction project
