Job Description
• Achieve Sales targets for New and existing Customers’ growth.
• Work on up-selling and cross-selling activities to increase customer sales and capacity through discussing with the customers the ability to upgrade their bandwidth, signing a contract with the company, giving them an offer from the sales department, Or Opening new tunnels.
• For New Clients, handle negotiations and deal closing from point of opportunity identification till closing the deal.
• Utilize consultative selling skills to close sales within assigned accounts.
• Handle Prices negotiation and discounts based on customer profiling policies and ensure deal closing seeking advice from the Sales Manager to identify the best pricing strategy for the customers.
• Be focused on achieving mutually beneficial, “win-win” results, alerting customer buying signals and identifying and acting on closing opportunities.
• Provide our customers with a basic understanding of the functionality of the products they purchase so that they can immediately enjoy their new solutions.
• Handle contract negotiations for assigned clients, assist with developing proposals and oral presentations, and manage standard data presentations.
• Supply weekly prospecting reports, including the purpose of prospecting and market intelligence, details of meetings and actions to be taken.
• Submit reports to management regarding sales journey and leads creation.
• After the offer is finalized, follow up on signing the contracts.
• Follow up on escalation of issues for the customers with the concerned department, following up on clients’ different requests to upgrade, downgrade, and open new tunnel installation milestones from CRM point of view.
• Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Administration or any related field. Knowledge of the Internet Field is a plus.
Skills
• Up to 2 years in a related field.
