Job Description

• Responsible for achieving yearly and monthly sell out target within set channels and implementation of marketing- sales strategy in line with sales plans and objectives
• Implement monthly and quarterly promotion plans based on sales objectives
• Proactively identify opportunities to reinforce company brand through field activities to key audiences and take this forward through planned updates and new initiatives.
• Interviewing VIP clients, determining the best alternative offers
• Communicate with VIP accounts for the purpose of reaching solutions and working contexts to reach the highest quality in terms of Internet service.
• Determining a weekly meeting for the purpose of development and keeping abreast of developments in the sales department.
• Developing public relations with clients to build a wall of trust with the clients.
• Ensure that sales team adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
• Helping to solve emergency situations, such as quality problems, or a specific problem with the client or customers, which may be escalated to the higher manager
• Careful monitoring of staff productivity.
• Responsible for drawing the sales strategy by developing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual roadmaps for several specific regions to be marketed.
• prepares the sales targets for the team and makes sure that the strategies are designed in such a way, so as to achieve maximum sales
• To meet and try to surpass the monthly sales target and earn maximum profit margins for the organization
• To guide, instruct and give directions to all the sales team personnel and assist in organizing all the sales activities of the sales department
• Assist sales people in various customer interactions and make sure that the customer satisfaction is enhanced during the entire purchasing experience

Requirements  

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  •  Minimum 3 years’ experience in ISP sales positions
